Choose a setting and a duration, and Hushly creates a soothing, one-time soundscape to help your child wind down for sleep. Hushly generates sleep sounds only; it does not generate stories or provide companionship or medical services.

I cannot hear any sound. What should I do?

Check your device volume and silent-mode settings. If audio is connected to Bluetooth headphones or a speaker, confirm the correct output device. Then reopen Hushly and try again.

Why are my bedtime sounds not starting?

Hushly creates sounds in real time and requires a stable internet connection. Check your connection, return to the previous screen, and try generating the sounds again.

How do I change the app language?

Open your profile, choose Account Settings, then select Language. Hushly currently supports English and Simplified Chinese.

How can I close my account?

Open your profile and go to Account Settings. Select Close Account and follow the on-screen instructions. Account closure is permanent.
